Get Rid of That Pimple

Okay, so tonight is your big date and you wake up to find a huge pimple right in the middle of your forehead.

This is every girl's worst nightmare, but luckily there are a few easy things that you can do which will help you get rid of that nasty pimple quickly and safely.

There are also a few things that you should avoid doing.

You should never pinch, squeeze or pick at a pimple. You may think that this will help but in the end it will actually just make it worse.

This will cause it to become more red and inflamed, and will spread the bacteria and oils that caused it in the first place. No matter how badly you want to pick it, don't.

Some people actually try burning the top of the pimple, but this is another awful idea.

Again, not only will you be making the pimple worse, but you are actually risking burning your face.

Instead, you want to start by gently cleaning the area. This will help get rid of excess oil and residue.

You then want to apply a layer of concealer on your face, particularly around the area of the pimple.

Covering the pimple with a light dose of flesh-tinted concealer can help mask those awful pimples when you are in a hurry.

You should also try applying a cream or ointment that contains benzyl peroxide or salicylic acid, as both of these ingredients will dry out the area and relieve the swelling and redness of the pimple.

These tips will definitely come in handy the next time a pimple surprises you, and to prevent pimples in the future make sure that you take proper care of your skin and never let it get too oily.
